Performance Gym started in Kilwinning back in 2015.

 

We were fuelled by a shoestring budget and a mountain of passion and ambition. Over the past 9 years, our small gym has grown into one of Scotland's best-known thanks to our commitment to top-quality, diverse equipment and an electrifying atmosphere.

In 2024, we took that passion a step further with the opening of Performance Gym Irvine.

 

This gym isn't just big, it's one of the best-equipped in Scotland.
